So I am thinking of converting a room in my home to a hot room. There are ways to do it. And I found this YouTube video today. Actually, I was just doing this research today and I found this 90 minutes become yoga video. And I'm thinking maybe this is what I need to do to get my stretching going at least four days a week. So just thought I would share

So after listening to this, I realized that I don't ever stretch unless I'm like really tired and like yawning in that moment. But I don't ever take the time to just do it. Like I should be. So I'm definitely going to use, use these, like the replies and everything to help myself get into the habit because I just never really thought about it

Yes, stretching and yoga. That sounds so cool to get, like, a hot room in your house. I've only been to hot yoga one time, and I was sweating so much that I felt like my body really benefited a lot from doing that. And 90 minutes is a long time, but I feel like just getting your stretch in just a little bit will make an impactful difference either way

Hey, Isabella. Yes, stretching is so important. And even if you can't implement it for like a long time, like, don't set aside, like in the beginning, like 30 minutes to stretch. Just try and wake up and do a couple of arm stretches every day for like a week and try and move forward from that. Because I think even though it's like small stuff, you can still benefit a lot from just stretching here and there
