Job interviews are STRESSFULL. Any tips?

And if I don't get it, I will be really sad, but I know there's going to be more opportunities. It's just something that I really want. So if anyone has any tips on how they practice for interviews or what you do in an interview that sets you apart, I would really appreciate any tips, so just let me know. Thank you, everyone

For example, maybe you took a grant proposal class and you got an A and you work really close with your professor and how you're going to use the set of courses that you have taken towards this position and you think it's going to effectively impact whatever field of job that you're doing

One tip that I would say that really helped me was just writing a script of possible interview questions and then practicing those a little bit and then just having an idea of what you're going to say so you're not on the spot. Because I feel like a lot of the stress and anxiety that comes in interviews is not being prepared to answer a question. And at least that's where my anxiety and stress rooted from

I absolutely agree with you. I think job interviews are so stressful, I don't really like them either. And especially I have a couple of job interviews this week and some next week for me. Sometimes I will practice with my friends, ask me a couple of questions that they might ask me. And I think doing a lot of mock interviews really helps

And then he gave me constructive feedback on what I did well and what I should maybe work on, and it actually worked really well. Lo and behold, somehow the interviewer asked me every single one of the questions I thought they were going to, and so I actually felt really prepared. I was still nervous as heck, but I think preparedness is the best tool in like, preparing for that's really redundant

And whatever the company or organization or whatever I was interviewing for is doing not only in the present but also in the future and how I could be a part of that success in my role or in offering my skills. I would also say I definitely had felt, like, nervous in interviews. What if they asked me a question about something I don't have that much experience with or like I haven't done a lot of?

Thank you so much. Those are really great tips. And that's so cool. That literally everything you practiced, they asked you that's. Actually, one of my fears is that I get caught up in, like, what I'm practicing seeing. And then they asked me a totally different question. And then I'm just like, this is not a part of the script, but thank you for your advice. I am going to try and and do some mock interviews. Thanks

And I am trying to come up with that big question, like that one question because it's going to be a group interview. This is like the final stage. So this is really nerve wracking. But I'm trying to think of that last question that's going to set me apart from five other people that are going to be interviewing with me. But thank you. I am going to take everything you said into consideration, and I appreciate your feedback
