So what that means is that if you are doing conditioning or cardio, for instance, you want to make sure that you're either increasing the intensity of the heart rate or the duration or making some small changes, not just doing the same thing, week in, week out, same with the strength work. You can be doing other same exercises, but make sure that you're just making small increases so that you are getting stronger and fitter

The way to get results with your fitness goals is to keep making small changes
