And the only way I feel like I can do that is if I make movements and balance and physical strength, whatever that looks like for me a part of my daily life, because that's how I feel my best, mentally, physically and spiritually, and I really want to establish those good habits now. So that is why I'm on the treadmill right now, even though it was kind of hard to force myself to do it
