I'd like to hear what you think about it and why I'll be letting you guys know why. Yeah. So that's my tip. Three meals per day is the way to go and space them out evenly. So there you go, guys. No snacks, just three meals

And you won't believe these are the timings that I actually eat my breakfast, my midnight, my lunch and all of these. And I can't to hear more sales from you following you right away for my fitness journey. This is Richie from India

Hi, Arishi. Nice to meet you and thank you for following so and thank you for your reply as well. So this is interesting. Your honored fitness journey and your goal is to lose some more weight and use snack quite a lot. Now, like I said, I used to tell people to eat six meals a day and this was years ago and I've been a trainer for a long time. And so this was the standard thing
