Can we create a radio station right here on Swell?

Maybe you do because it brought up some new apps by Amazon, a clubhouse style app. Right. But the difference is that you can play music so you can have a radio show. They're using it like a radio show. And I want to do this, but we don't have access to Amp as yet in the UK. Can't wait to try this out because I will go live, but even for my business and just have guests on have maybe a weekly radio show

At that point of time it is too late for you to do anything for that live session but it will still be good feedback for you to get about how people like that

It could even be one of the podcasts I've made, which is has talking in between. Or it could just be a Spotify playlist. I could share that and share a link and then people could swell around that and they could join the conversation around songs or something or just chat. Right about what I'm talking about. If it's the one with the chat, with the podcast version of the music

Hey, Mark. So just to understand what you're looking for, you could do pretty much exactly what he said. Wouldn't you be able to do that like Twitter space and just set up a live session there and people can reply to you and you could be playing the music in the background?

And then you could tell people, yeah, I'm going live at 03:00 p.m. On Sunday and people can come into the room and they can play and it's good quality streaming and it's all allowed. And they can then have that in their house because they could beam it to their Bluetooth Speaker and then come in and join the conversation if they want. Or just listen or just listen to me talk, even if nobody else wants to join conversation

I've said up a group to Fitness in my Fitness account, and I'm trying to get people to come there and talk. And I haven't been very successful because I have around subjects currently. I may have invited you even, but I've invited a few people to this group from Swell. Only two showed to the group and people that I've invited outside of the group, like my friends, clients who are already on WhatsApp groups with me and stuff haven't downloaded and haven't come

But in between, I also kind of replied on three other Swell conversations. Right. So I'm having these multiple slow conversations going on while I'm live. I did not have to be in a dedicated one room kind of session with you to kind of have the conversation. So I like that part of it. And that's kind of I think what makes us unique in many ways. So that was about the live nature of it

But I think overall, there's something really cool about the never ending list of these conversations. Even if they started kind of live, they can still continue as I jumped in now. So really looking forward to all these use cases being played out. And as the features are added to the app, they will sort of bolster our understanding of what's possible and what's not. I think everything is possible

Hey Mark, an answer to Amp. I know you mentioned the Amazon has launched Amp Reimagined radio in the US. But if you're interested, interested in doing a radio style show, being able to play licensed music and have all the PRS and PL license covered, then there is a site called Mixed Cloud and it's run by a UK company

And so I've signed up to a couple of accounts. One the Wolf Man and the other one for Mark are Fitness. And I'm planning on launching as soon as I'll let you guys know. When I do that, I will check out Mix Cloud. That sounds good as well. It sounds very similar. And I have heard of Mix Cloud, but I didn't know that's what it was. I didn't know it was a place where you could have your own radio station

But the really cool thing that I like about it is that like in this group, although this is not the group, this is just my normal post. But things live conversations live within their own little house, within your profile. And in a normal whether it's a Facebook page or WhatsApp group of things, everything gets buried right. And there's no way of I guess you can search it like I said before, but it's not cool. But this is really cool. I love it

Ah, Mark, it turns out that I actually have an account on that station app that you mentioned. I went to go check it out and realize that I'm there. I haven't done much there. I remember when it first just came out, I think just because I'm into all the online radio outlets and I set up, but I've never really used it. I think I maybe did one show just trying it out on there. Interesting

Before I do a quick popup lunch stream on station here that's actually quite easy to use. I can hook my iPad up to my Robe Food podcast to mix it. And so I got the nice mic or going into the iPad. It's just working off the iPad. Now pick one of my Spotify playlists and enable the jam be able to go clay out the music. You can do some talk, you can add the talk and music with the music as a subbed. Very simple
