Welcome to CQ and Life healing and transformation

It's becoming easier and it is 2020, and no one should really be out there battling anxiety, depression, personality disorders, even addictions anymore on their own. A ton of help is out there. And in 2013, for example, they started calling addiction a brain disease. And people are rather than treating the brain disease in the way we've just said going from survival to the front to create something new rather than just working off memory is they cope

Anxiety, depression, self care, mindset, wellness, mental health, addictions, law of attraction, therapy, spirituality

So timely - thank you #empowerment #community

It's a really double edged sword, so I'm really interested in what you're doing around self care, and I can't wait to examine the work you're doing more. I'll go to your website, but also, I can't wait for this conversation to grow. And I appreciate you sharing your wisdom with us, so welcome. Welcome and talk with you soon. I hope

So I'd love to hear more about what your company does. Cognitive intelligence, emotional intelligence. All of these things are certainly as important as IQ, and if not more as we move through these very challenging times, some more challenged than others. This pandemic has certainly brought a lot of disparity to the forefront and shine a light on how much inequity there is and how much suffering there is in the world. And I'm just very curious to hear more about the work you're doing

Oops, Mark, I just realized you said contemplative intelligence, not cognitive intelligence. So, yeah, that too. Okay. Looking forward to hearing more about what your work is. Take care. Bye

So I think there are two perspectives on life. And one is that empathy, love, kindness. All of it doesn't really matter if I'm a drop in the ocean. I don't really influence the world. And what's the difference when people commit a crime? They often say, Well, if I didn't do it, someone else would. And they didn't think about the victims long term repercussions of say something like an abuse or a rape
