How to deal with panic attacks

I'll think that, oh, I forgot almost everything. But in reality, it's not the truth, right? I am completely fine. But in my mind, I have created such a havoc that it is just controlling my body as well. So I've seen a lot of people struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, and I researched a little bit about it. And I also tried some measures that really helped me to reduce my anxiety and my panic attacks

Well, thank you for sharing that. I have had to go through some panic, anxiety attacks, and I think a lot of people have. And I think sharing a couple of these tips is to just breathing in, breathing out, taking some time for yourself is so, so important. And I really believe that. So I want to thank you for sharing that information. That powerful message, because I think so many people need to listen to that
