Fire: A film about lesbian relationship🔥

article image placeholderUploaded by @Manalika
Released in Fire is one of the first mainstream Bollywood films to explicitly show homosexual relations and the first to feature a lesbian relationship. The film had been directed by Dipamhata, who is a transnational artist and a screenwriter and whose works have been called as courageous, provocative and even breathtaking. So let's just talk a little bit about the movie. So Fire revolves around a middle class household while focusing on the lives of two married couples

Hi. Yeah. Even I didn't know about this movie. It was craned in my College. And then I realized that, okay, we have so many beautiful gems in our Bollywood industry, and we don't know about it. You know, it's so so, like, surprising that most of the people out there will know every movie of Varun? Dhawan, but they won't know about these type of movies

I saw this film when it was released and it moved me so much. I was a young woman and I Das gay and there were lots of films that I saw that didn't have the great dramatic arc that this did a really refined film. The characters were so deep and three dimensional and I just appreciate it so much. And I followed the trilogy and it's so wonderful that you're discovering it now. It's such a great, powerful film. And I recommended to everybody
