"Jesus, that’s annoying."

And I know we wouldn't qualify that in some circles as a belief system, but of course, if you don't believe in anything, then of course that is a system in and of itself. But that's another conversation for another day. But just whether you are talking with someone directly or you've just had sort of a funny or interesting or cringe worthy experience in conversation about religious things or spiritual things, I would love to hear from you. It's a bit of a research from me

Are there behaviors, topics, tendencies that you feel are off-putting from religious folk? Let’s talk.

And also I was talking about I'm a pretty, I wouldn't say always emotionally available person, but I'm trying my best to be more emotionally intelligent and aware of my needs and what's going on in the environment that I'm in. All that to say randomly, like I said, we don't know each other that well, but we are family and we're trying to make this connection

Welcome back. I've missed your reflections and our interactions. It's nice to hear your voice again. I think depending on when this question is asked, my answer probably changes. But of late I would say the assumptions that a person of faith has about someone who does not not ascribed to a faith or doesn't fit into whatever nice neat little boxes that they have in mind

My father did not go to church every Sunday, and my mother berated him to no end about it. And I remember when he passed a comment she made, which is what brought me to tears. I was numb and in shock for a lot of the funeral, but I remember her saying as we were planning off the funeral, I mean, hardly anyone is going to come, is not like he talked to a lot of people, and it wasn't like he was in church

Hello everyone. I really found this really great question, what peace have taken? Yeah, I think in every conversation to religious people, they tend to nudge it to the their own God. And where I think that somehow that's okay because it's their own belief system. Every god is one. Ultimately it's going to be the one, the one energy which is going to take you to the peace, take it to the alignment, take it to the positive energy

But I would say that applies to the abrahamic religions, that it's easy to find fault with any of the three, and there's certainly fault and contradiction within other world religions like hinduism and buddhism and others. But I guess the thing that's so offputting for me about organized religion in general. Because that's what you asked. It wasn't necessarily about christianity. Is that adherents. Followers of any faith tradition. Whatever the stripe or color
