Here We Go Again ( The Conversation )

article image placeholder'You're going to see acts that defy humanity,' police chief says, as officials urge calm when Tyre Nichols arrest videos are released publicly tonight | CNN
Good morning, fellow. Swell. Casters. Tonight, when this video is released of police beating to death, savagely beating to death this African American man, I'm pretty sure it's going to stir some raw emotions for people. We keep having this conversation. When are we going to have a targeted conversation where we are really addressing the issue? Because this keep happening. 1 may argue that what we're experiencing now is modern day lynching

And I saw photos of the guy who got beaten to death. And yeah, it looks pretty bad. But for the police chief to come out and say that, hey, this video is pretty brutal, and it's basically inhumane, just remain calm. You could tell that when that video comes out, especially how everything got played out in that video, from what I've heard, it's going to be bad. From what I heard, it's going to look bad

And I was like, I'm going to have to turn on the TV, which I haven't done all week to get the news. And I'm waiting patiently for 08:00. 08:00 is my magical hour to walk the dog. And once I walk this dog, I'm going to shower and I'm going to be in for the night. And then I was like, well, in between time, I'll just catch up on Swell while I'm waiting for 08:00 to come

Doesn't matter the race or the races of the officer. It's still a heinous act. This man lost his life at the hands of people that are supposed to protect and serve. We were asking people to do better, but we're not doing better. Clearly, those officers officers had some issues, and that goes beyond their scope of practice or their duties. They took it upon themselves to end this man's life, the one that they're supposed to protect and serve
