And sometimes it's best just to kind of sit with that feeling or sit with your thoughts and really digest what just happened. If what it is you're going to say really based off of the initial shock of what happened. Or did you have time to really sit with your thoughts and then say, you know what, no, I still do feel that way, let me go ahead and respond accordingly. And you do that

Good evening or actually good night. Getting into going into the Am in about 15 minutes. This is actually an interesting swell because at this particular time, and I know you know a little bit about what's going on with me, I'm going through a whole process process of grieving. And I do have a circle of friends that we seem to be all in some type of turmoil. And most of my friends talk to me about what their problems are

You don't get it. They don't get it. She didn't get it. Not they. Maybe that person just didn't get it. And it's okay. You're really in this state of transformation, and sometimes as we elevate, we have to isolate. I believe that it is a part of our being able to advance. We have to isolate. And maybe in ways you need to just isolate and just remove yourself from things so that you can focus more on you
