That Pandemic Growth

article image placeholderUploaded by @Listen2AuntieL
So you've been making choices and decisions your whole life based out of a place of coming from a place of fear, anxiety, rejection, abandonment rejection and abandonment fears. And when you begin to realize the difference between your authentic self and then those fears and anxieties and those wounds, when you begin to see the difference it changes your whole life. And some people it occurs to me that some people their childhood wounds are ruining their life, stopping them from becoming the best version of themselves constantly

And so I wanted people to be able to access those resources and to have that safe space to be able to talk about trauma and to learn how trauma was affecting their physical health, their mental health, their emotional health, their behaviors, their beliefs, all those different things. And so I love that you chose to allow God to heal you during that time

You're. Greetings and grand rising and wow. I mean, that was truly deep. And I could really relate, and it has, like, resonated with me. I just closed up my swell. I had a four part series on generational trauma and my healing journey. And I could tell you this, 2020 was for me. Let me just put up the disclaimer like you did. Lost so many people. It was a time when nobody knew what was going on

And I also believe that in some regards, through that trauma, a lot of us develop impostor syndrome where we don't believe that we are good enough. So instead of addressing our issues, we step back and go with what's safe. But I salute you for bringing this to pass, because I believe a lot of people will them gain a lot of insight and they will definitely learn about themselves as they reflect on the words that you spoke. And I salute you
