The Goopiness of Gwyneth Paltrow

article image placeholderSex, Love and Goop
Here's what Paltrow says about the show. A continuation of Goop's mission to help our audience pursue the ineffable power of their own potential. The show is a toolkit for finding more pleasure and connection in our romantic lives. And it's full of lessons I wish I learned years ago. The hard sell is that we aren't living up to our potential, and Paltrow is going to help us with that. We aren't just a problem that needs to be fixed

She’s at it again. #popculture #netflix #health #wellness #sex #relationships #marketing #tv #celebrity #lifestyle #business #goop

Don’t get duped by Goop

I think that if the idea was to help one improve oneself, then there would be a lot more non profit ways to go about it. And there should be a very strong emphasis on self care for marginalized people. That's where I would see it being genuine or at least some kind of attempt to make it equitable to follow any of the records recommendations on her website or her shows. So that's my two cent. Thanks for the great listen

@JLMcMillan

And I think at the beginning you said that you like her and as an actress, I do enjoy her performances, and she is very relatable and talented, and she kind of represents a specific time period in my life of my youth where I related to her. So I have nothing personally against her. I don't even necessarily have anything against Coop as a general wellness plan or anything because you can take or some of it is scientifically based
