I'm only one episode in, but I had to check out the number two show Netflix viewers are watching, I. E. Maid. It starts out about a young woman who leaves her abusive mate with her young daughter in tow with less than $20 in her pocket. It's about her trying to find survival and escape without any financial means. She was dependent on her child's father
And I will say if you have been through any kind of childhood trauma, anything related to anything in the show, if you've watched the first episode and kind of got an idea of what it's about, definitely keep in mind that it can cause some major triggers, major PTSD. And I think one of the reasons why is because it's almost too real. Not quite sure it had to even put it into words, but it's one of those things where it's so real

That if you went into the welfare office and you wanted to get a job, that it would take a long time if you wanted to get on housing. But just the bureaucracy is slow and that's a major frustration. And they were saying that it was solved a little too easy. So in an interesting way, they were saying it's even harder than what's portrayed than what's on the show. So I thought that was interesting. And then I'm curious for you
