One of them is that this was a religious site of some sort, that this was the home of a cult or a ritualistic group because they also found a significant amount of animal bones in the debris found at Gobeklitepi. And this indicates, considering the sort of animals whose remains were found there, that these people might have had some sort of grand feasts held in this place

In terms of like, is there value in the artifacts they find? Will a Museum take this on as a site? Will they want to understand more about other history and filling in the gaps of their perceived history? So I find it really interesting in terms of this area. And to your point, like, we didn't understand that some of this technology even existed
