And I think if I remember correctly, Joseph King of Dreams was scratched in the same place and it would always cause us trouble. So I don't know why I kept getting that movie, but I was obsessed, so I hope kids are

Oh, my goodness. Blockbuster. Oh, my goodness. I totally forgot about that. But that was one of my favorite places as well. I love browsing through the different categories and everything that brought back so many memories. And friends of Egypt actually was one of my favorite movies, too. That's funny. But you know what I missed? I just missed the simplicity of when I was a child, everything was so simple and cheaper
And the one Tower Records that was at the mall that we used to bum around had on the weekend ended up being replaced by a furniture store. The whole mall did this sort of facelift to make it more of like a trendy place for rich Los Angeles people to go shop for furniture and clothing and then get, like, a $200 dinner. And they took out all of the really fun stuff that was there, namely, the Tower Records

And he'll just get so sad or like, he'll see someone in the community and they'll be like, oh, Quinn, he actually worked there for several years, and he was very proud of his section with his recommendations. He took it so seriously, made a top ten list of movies every single year. We'd have to go to the movies to see the movies so he could rank it. So you hit a sore spot there. Yeah. We love Blockbuster
They even have some games, like some Game Boys and some different gaming consoles, too, that they would resell as well. So my family would take all of our old video games and things like that and would sell them to second time around. And then we'd use that money to buy something new. And it's just such a fun place. I'm so happy that it's still around
