That because luckily, all of my midterms are either an essay or over Zoom. But even though I'm not feeling that particular stress, you can feel it in the air. But yeah, it's just kind of been a lot, and I found myself putting off, like, basically things you should not put off. Like today

plz help a girl out and leave your stress management tips down below

I guess another thing that I do that I personally, like a lot is like pairing up activities with my breaks. So like, let's say I'm studying for my midterm, and I know that I should eat and I have to do my laundry and, oh, yeah, I should probably pack because I'm going home this weekend. So I say, okay, let's study for this long and then we're going to take a 30 minutes break in a 30 minutes break

Hey Lila, I feel you on this. It's that time of the semester when these things just start to pick up. And I am definitely and not the person to be giving any sort of stress advice or advice for when you get burnt out. But I guess what I would say would just be like just like the simple stuff, like just eating and sleeping. Really. And I feel you on not eating enough because stress just makes those things worse
