So this is possibly the best advice which I received and that also helped a lot to me in working on my ego which we human usually build over time. That sounds arrogant also. So criticize yourself before people start criticizing you. They would still anyways criticize you, but that will somehow allow you to work on your ego to take criticism and not getting repressed. Hey, Prakash. These are some words of wisdom which I think all of us can actually benefit from. I basically stumbled upon such a line of thought a couple of years ago by myself.
