But when someone affirms that it can be made easy or if you just focus on the simpler things it might actually not feel as overwhelming as it gets sometimes if you just breathe in a bit and then try and get into the flow of things and try and perceive things differently, basically. So yeah, like I said, it's a really refreshing perspective on life and I'm absolutely looking forward to hearing more from
