What Makes A Leader Great?
Hey, Swellers. I thought I'd post this question to you. I know there's going to be a lot of different answers depending upon how you feel about this. I was in the military, and they taught us that leadership meant loyalty, duty, respect, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal courage. That's all well and good when you practice it myself, I try to live by the at and T plan, something that I came up with

But when it comes to perspective, we look towards our leaders to have vision, and they look towards us to sort of execute upon that vision. But more and more I realize that it's such a moving ecosystem because you want to feel like you can be messy in front of the leadership that you look towards for direction. I'm not sure you want so much that the leaders be messy
