Even though children are very kind, they don't always have the understanding of the difference of perspectives, which I hope we can develop as adults. And finally, we're very set in, you know, understanding what moral standards are and what that moral compass is. And as we grow older, we by no means deviate from it, but we understand that those standards or morality as defined by one person may be very different from those defined by another

I would have just grown up in that, accepting a lot of the norms of that family, of that culture or society. But because I was born, for whatever reason, another family of a certain economic status, of a certain religion, of a certain belief system, I grew up accepting a lot of that as the norm and following the cultural patterns to which I was acclimatized and taught
