This is not something just because I've written the article. I don't think I have mastered the technique by any remote chance. But yes, it is a conscious thought in my mind and so I would love your inputs on what works for you, what does not. And also, if you wanted to read my entire article, just check me out on medium. It's under Pritha lal. P-R-I-T-H-A-L-A-L. I've started to write more and more and I'm hoping I will continue the practice

You. A lot of what you said about the pause really resonates with me. I know that there is so much value in it, in appreciating and noticing all the little things. As someone who has suffered with anxiety for years, sometimes I find myself feeling so rushed and so out of control that that is the one area that I do neglect, because I believe the pause is as much self care as anything, basically

You. Thank you so much for responding so quickly. And yes, it is something we all try at different levels for different reasons. And I appreciate your input and your vulnerability of mentioning about the anxiety. As a life coach, it's something that I do notice people of all ages talk about. And it's ironic how the just sitting down and taking a breath instead of rushing, trying to get something done actually helps you get something done. I've always found that fascinating, even in myself
