Yeah, you're so right. I loved listening to this. And, yeah, the people who survived. Covid, I think it was, it proved to be a deep moment of reflection and facing ourselves and facing each other. It was scary and also beautiful to have that much space away from maybe the workplace or certain social obligations that can become routine. To kind of sit in one space and with oneself and be confronted with that. It was pretty powerful
