So again, this is a muscle that needs to be developed. Presence and focus doesn't just happen, especially if you've trained yourself over years to be half there or to be distracted. You bend to sit on the chair that fits you perfectly. Close the door and get your seatbelt on, smell the leather and feel the comfort of the seatbelt, keeping you secure. The driver turns on the engine and you become aware of the car slowly beginning to move on to the road

I kept my eyes closed and kind of followed along and I felt like I was there. It was very, very vivid. So thank you for this exercise. I did it early morning on a weekend, so I was already fairly relaxed before the exercise
