Cultural evolution: A new bar for truth in corporate leaders?

article image placeholder'We will investigate': Brutal warning about hiring Trump officials
Now, with all the misinformation disinformation blowing up on our faces, I see calls for truth whether it is Mitt Romney urging politicians to tell voters the truth or others in political leadership, I am now seeing also the same thing applied in the corporate world came across this article by Forbes where it is said, and I quote over here, chief content officer and editor of wealth publication Forbes Randall Lane said businesses that choose to hire any of the outgoing president's officials will have all future communications assumed to be a lie

I’m so encouraged !!

Suda, thanks so much for posting this. I didn't know about Forbes warning. It is so satisfying and so necessary. And I hope so many other corporations fall in line with this because the stain on these people's resume amazed is sustained on their soul. And they need to understand that there's consequences because we're living in a world where so many people are saying there's no consequences

I think today effective leaders know how to speak from the heart or some of them, certainly setting the tone for the entire organization by talking openly about their personal lives and their passions. It was the Sunda Brown Duckett. And I hope I'm pronouncing that correctly. Who is the head of Chase Consumer Bank, who said, People need to know who you are when you lead with authenticity, when you can share your vulnerable moments, it opens everyone else to share their real life, too
