Can you thank yourself?

I lead people through change and I know that what she says so powerfully in this speech is a turning point for people. Can I believe in who I know I am? Can I believe in that so hard that in the face of all adversity I know it's my truth, I keep my energy in that future and I carry on. Who are you? Who do you know you are?

Thank you for sharing this. It put a pep in my step.

Hi, Lori. That was so much fun. I absolutely loved watching her just being in her element and being authentically herself. And how about thanking yourself? That goes into the whole self care. It goes into caring for ourself, being kind to ourself, and having the gratitude because we did put in the work. And I don't know how many of us stop to do that. I don't stop to do that. And after watching that, I took a pause

Oh, shawna, it's nice to hear your voice. It's been a minute. I took a little sabbatical. It did give me pep in my step, and that was a good clip. And I want to challenge you. Can you stand up and give your acceptance? Because I'm standing right now with you as my witness. Who am I thanking? I want to thank my ancestors, the whole line, for every sacrifice made to get me here today

That's not to say that goofy comedic actors can't go on to do serious roles, but it just was so far out of my thoughts that I just never thought I'd see it. And then, of course, she was tremendous in Dahmer, a show that I have very mixed feelings about. But one of the things that I was always sure of was that she was one of the shining stars of the show

@Taylor

I just responded to another swell a second ago that we kind of dipped into the topic of meditation, and it occurred to me that I would thank myself for giving the time that I give to meditation, for being committed to feeling better, for being committed to be aware of who I am and how I'm showing up, for being committed to being kind and open and leading with love. I could stand up and thank myself for that. What would you thank yourself for?

And there were a lot of times where I had to just kind of go whip something up for myself. And that was something that just ultimately became like a hobby for me. And now fresh pasta, homemade pizza, can't go wrong with that

Hey, Taylor, who you are deep down in the core that you don't have to go to a class for or get better at who you know you are is really good
