Sort of like I could truly just be at rest and not have that itch in the back of my skull that there's something waiting for me or expecting me. I wish I could build that for myself as like a solo thing but I don't think I'm in that space right now that I can and I haven't really had the support that I need to feel that within my own life. Airport sounds and that's not a criticism of the people around me

I used to go to more in the past of women's circles, and I relate to that feeling of just being able to be held and not to have to ask for that. And I can feel when I feel the lack when I'm not a part of those. I have a community online that I'm a part of, but it's just different when you're in person. So I appreciate your share on here about this
You. I haven't read the book or seen the show, but they were both recommended when I was there. I actually I knew of these in a historical sort of way, in a cultural sort of way, but I I didn't realize it was something still active, or at least not with that phrasing
