It seems like every day stress is around us and it is. I mean this is a world full of stress. Debts, money, love, positions at work, people that gripe at you, people that don't like you, people you don't like. It's just stressful. Medical stressful. A lot of things happen in our lives that induce stress. So much so that some people just actually overload and they can't take anymore

When you’re stressed what is something that you do to get rid of that stress? Let’s keep it clean people.

But too much of stress, if we keep on surrounding ourselves, if we start dwelling into overthinking, if we start letting ourselves be consumed by too much of stress and starts getting too overwhelming for us, then certainly even I have no escape from it. I have experienced a lot of stress in my life too. But you need to know yourself well

I listen to this one artist, kaylee rachel. You might know him, but he's kind of well known well, of course, throughout Hawaii. But his music is very soothing to me and love emotions into it. So any hawaiian music, common music, any music like a good beat to it, and also going to support a friend or family member. That could help, too

And other than that I would rather say because I know that if I am a stress down or if I'm feeling low, I'm not in the present moment either I'm in the future anticipating my future or little even for tomorrow or I am in the past. I feel I just bring myself back into the present moment and I feel really blessed into that and I pay gratitude at the same time and I meditate on that. So that is how I think I take away my low loneliness self

You. Thank you so much for your response. What I liked about what you said is that you take a ten minute walk and, like, do some self reflection in that time in order to calm yourself or listen to some good music. Either of those sounds really nice to be able to just walk and get some peace and gather yourself, or to sit there and listen to favorite artists and be able to enjoy the music in that moment to help you to destress. So thank you for that answer

Even in your darkest moments of stress, you still want to be supportive to a friend. And that says a lot about you. It says you have a very good character and you care a lot about people. And people like that are far and few in between. So thank you so much. Continue being

I haven't done that in so long, but I do remember doing it, and it always made me feel better once I had completed my drive because it gave me time to just listen to music or calm down or see some beautiful scenery outside. That just took me from a place of anger and stress to a moment of calmness and reflection that God is able to do anything and that he's right there with me. I'm not going through it by myself. He's right there with me

And in this entire system, our amygdala, which is our emotional part of the brain, and our hippocampus, where we store our memories, all of these three are working together to make sure our insula, which is our alarm session in our mind, to warn us that there's a threat in the environment, they all work together. And that's exactly what happened. When we find something or we perceive something from the external environment

So when you are actually into a stressful situation, you will find that your resiliency muscles, your mind muscles, are strong enough. And you're not as weak as you thought you were, because somewhere you've built that positivity inside your brain, which is now helping you combat whatever you're facing. So these are the methods I personally use on a day to day basis, and I found my own sense of calm through it. And I hope you'll find yours. Thank you

But I don't keep an active journal because my life so fast sometimes that I don't have time to write it down or I don't want to reflect on it. But this is valuable information, medically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Thank you for sharing all that you did. I do appreciate it

Hello everyone. This is very interesting topic, but I agree with mehnaz. Is that the name? I'm sorry if I pronounce that your name. Yes, I agree with you regarding breathing. Breathing is a very important thing. Sometimes we neglect it, how we it, and it's something to be practiced twice a day or once a day, if you can, if you have a time. That has helped me a lot in my life

So it was yoga and this breathing techniques that I had learned which came to my rescue, helping me calm my mind and without medications, basically. And it's one of the most powerful yet very simple ways of calming our nervous system in which we actually store most of our stress
