Am very, very proud to be a black American. I know that I have several other things within me beside that. But you know what? I love it. I'm so proud of our people. African american history started with the arrival of Africans to North America in the 16th and 17th centuries. Former spanish slaves who have been freed, however, a lot of african slaves that have been brought over here by no means of our own

I'm commenting specifically on yours because you do celebrate black and brown history. You have evidence of celebrating black and brown history all year long. You have evidence of putting in the work to bring to us facts about people of black and brown skin that have achieved so many different things, that have paved the way, that have created resources, that have provided resources and resources that we can enjoy to this day. You've done that

It's a different handle. It's called at hope and I'm committed to doing it. And I'm not doing it for the responses or the dopamine. I'm doing it because I feel so clear that I am part of the history of the mental wellness conversation on this platform. I think it's very important

So whenever I can find something about someone, I don't care if it's big or small, but if they're african american or a brown american, black and brown history every day, because it's made every day. And I thank you so much for always listening and always being so positive. Thank you

@DBPardes

We cannot do anything if our mind doesn't work correctly. It affects the body, it affects our physiology, it affects how we treat people, it affects how we treat ourself, it affects how we interact with this world. And mental wellness and the positivity that can exude from that can change situations, can change war rooms. It really can. However, we need to focus on what we can do better to keep ourselves encouraged and to keep others encouraged. So mental wellness is essential
