Representation. Representation is what I believe to be the most important issue for women's rights. But first, I want to take a moment to define representation because it's arguably become some sort of buzzword in recent years. A quick look at Google will say that representation is the action of speaking or acting on behalf of someone or the state of being represented. In other words, it's a person who symbolizes something bigger than them

Kira, thank you for bringing up this really important and specific case where the medical industry has to up their game when it comes to medical testing and representation of women in general. It's really interesting to think about how things we think have changed since the 20th century, mid 20th century, when there was so little testing and when there was testing, it was done unfairly

Hey, Kira, thank you so much for bringing this part up because, oh, my goodness, I totally wish I had thought of that or speaking about it, because I wholeheartedly agree as someone who also has dealt with a litany of medical health issues and having to go in and out of the hospital most her life and just not receiving any kind of diagnosis or things were and blamed on anxiety and everything, and this is coming from someone who is not of a marginalized group, where it's even worse for them to get proper credit and experience
