Self care sunday!

One of my favorite things that I do, especially when I'm having kind of, like, a more anxious day or I have, like, the Sunday scaries is I like to go on walks. I know I've mentioned this, like, many times before. Love my walks. I will go on, like, for a day, and I'm just going around campus and stuff

Hey. So I definitely dont self care as often as I should, but walks definitely help with just, like, relieving stress and just, like, getting a nice ocean breeze. But one thing I do love doing with kind of what you were talking about is I love every week going, I have a to do list planner, a weekly planner and a monthly planner. And I love updating all three of them

Going on walks is always such a good way to, like, wind down. And I love that. I love doing that. And then also doing my skincare routine is also just how I know I'm going to have a good start to my week
