Hello everyone. Today I want to tell you all how how to cope up with OBE stress. First of all, stay focused in an online mode of education. It's very easy to get distracted. However, you must be be focused on your studies. Keep all your essentials by your side and avoid movements while studying. The next tip is get adequate sleep. Giving up sleep during exam time is not the way to go. Ensure adequate sleep of at least six to 7 hours

Well I have been giving my OB exam as well and I completely agree with all the tips that you just gave. They are really helpful, especially the breaks one. If you don't take break for a long time and keep on studying, it doesn't really retain in your head. So great tips
