And slowly and gradually I would say that I stopped taking that five minute break because I was very well worse with it. I was able to study for long hours because of this technique. So I started this technique for something. And slowly and gradually I was able to study for long hours and did not take any breaks. I did not find the need to take any breaks. So, yeah, this technique actually helped me in some other way. But it is really a nice technique

It's a really great technique. I just tried it today after listening to the cell, and I feel that it really made my time productive. I'm able to do more things. Less tasks are planned, but then they are executed, so it's productive. Thank you for suggesting
