Hello everyone. My name is Tristan Morgan along with my cohost, Gina Monago. We are two Two Loose Screws podcast discussing the marriage, mental health and physical health, fitness as well as sports and wellness in general. My first question is how much exercise do you think as an individual you need to remain mentally healthy and happy? Is it a 30 minutes walk, a two hour gym session? Do you need exercise at all or can't exercise hinder your mental health in any way

Hey, Tristan, it's Deborah over here at Swell. Yesterday we were wondering if you really did get Henry Caville to talk about his physical fitness and mental health. Really excited to hear if he shows up. Who knows? Who knows? But it's great to hear this fresh start. And there's never enough conversation around this issue and especially somebody who really is marrying those two conversations between mental health and physical health. So really excited and great to hear your voice here on swell

And even now on his Instagram from a mental health standpoint, he doesn't seem to be deterred by anyone making fun of his interests or his hobbies because he has hobbies that a lot of people wouldn't want to see him having because he's in the public spotlight so much. And I think that would be ideal for my audience because he shows that fitness isn't fitness shouldn't be what your life is all about. If you're passionate about it, that's amazing. That's fantastic
