So today, I have a very special guest. She's my roommate, a fellow Dartmouth student, and we are entering at the same place this winter. Beef can Noble. You should follow her her. That's her username. So today, we're going to be talking about something that's very near and dear to the hearts of most. We're going to be talking about tips for working from home. Unfortunately, last week, VV did test positive for the COVID virus

So make sure that you get up out of bed, change into work clothes, whatever that may be for you. Business Casual Business Attire Make yourself a cup of coffee, get a good breakfast and then sit down at an area where you feel comfortable working for a good portion of the day so that you can be sure to be able to focus on your work
So I guess if I could give my first tip or tip number two in total is just checking in with yourself, asking, how am I bringing structure to my day? And that's all we can do. And also giving ourselves Grace, of course, that we're not going to be perfect working from home because there isn't as much accountability. But

And then I can go back to research just to kind of break it up and make sure that you can stay on top of everything, but also that your brain doesn't become dysfunctional
And obviously Bee has a sickness, like, she has to be willing to concede. That work comes second to her health. So I think that's just really important. And yeah, I just want to thank you so much for coming on here. This is her first welcome cast. I think she crushed it.
