I feel the people who try to fit in aren’t worth trusting
I feel like we all are living double lives. A we are what we actually are but nobody is much aware of it and B we are someone that everybody is aware of but we actually aren't ourselves tending we are just living a double life, we're just pretending to fit in, trying to make the world feel like we are some people who live according to their world

It is important to understand the culture and the value system of the client and invite that in the particular project that you are working on for them and so on. So I will just say that while I do understand the point of view in the situation you are talking about, it cannot be generalized because there are situations where sometimes you have to shed who you are and adopt the values and culture of somebody else
