What are some of the most powerful and easy to follow meditation techniques?

And I intend on keeping this going for a bit longer. I would love to know if you guys would be open to try these many meditations where you focus on your breathing for several times a day. And if you feel like it makes a difference, I'd love to hear about it, or if you already have a powerful practice that you're willing to share, that would also be interesting to listen to. So do let me know your thoughts

This has been the wisdom that I have been given time and again and to hear you say that you instead focus on breathing and perhaps even after a meal completely threw me off the Mark. So I'm very fascinated by your meditation technique and I would love to see where this goes. I do not practice meditation anymore at this time, though I do wish to start, so maybe when I start next year, I will try the post meal meditation meditation as well

Interstitial breathing throughout the day

You know, I used to think that meditation was an abstract idea, and I'm appreciating you bringing this up in the times that we're living in. I think practicality is really important for integrating meditation into one's life. And I think one of my questions, in terms of, like breathing in itself, is a huge breath work is a huge discipline in itself, and then winding that around. The idea of the ultimate goal through breath work is meditation

I always have the answer, of course, ready before I ask the question. Yeah, with all the negativity, it's nice to try to draw out the positive. And meditation really has been like a really cool new tool in my toolbox of just mental and emotional health. And recently, as far as maybe a couple of years. And since we are the human, wait, I wish I knew your name, but that's okay. You can be anonymous
