But there's little things that we can control and that we can try to harvest a good kind of energy to treat ourselves and others with and I think that matters and that grows when you spread it to other people and to the world and yeah, this is really lovely to listen to. Thank you

Hey, Arrow. Thanks for welcoming me to Swell. What a cool platform. I am going to be experimenting with the form as well and appreciate you jumping in and giving me my first response. That was cool. So learning how to use the interface and yes, let's hear it for the little things. One of my favorite exercises is try this one. Take ten deep, slow breaths. Just by counting to ten deep, slow breaths. See if you can do it without getting distracted

Like, yes, there's a challenge that we need to overcome or transition from into something more meaningful and peaceful and harmonious, but at the same time, we can't do that by saying men are the problem in general. So thank you. I look forward to connecting more
