Well, have you ever thought about the fact that maybe the people on the support team have been conditioned their whole lives not to ask for the help they need to do their job? Have you ever considered that vulnerability is coded out of our corporate policies while strong masculinity and productivity are coded in?

Be well, be happy, be safe for free. Absolutely. Wow, what a deep breath I took when I was listening to you. And there's a lot of jargon in the corporate structure, a lot of language right now floating around to sort of whitewash a little bit, to say that they're doing a lot of employee self care work, a lot of trying to do team building and off sites and things like that. But it has to be contiguous
