Have you ever considered that vulnerability is coded out of our corporate policies while strong masculinity and productivity are coded in?

And there's a lot of jargon in the corporate structure, a lot of language right now floating around to sort of whitewash a little bit, to say that they're doing a lot of employee self care work, a lot of trying to do team building and off sites and things like that.
