My intro to Swell

Don't try to feel anything else but what you're feeling in that present. Obviously you want to move on and obviously you want to be happy. But if you're overwhelmed and if you're sad and life is raging at the moment, it's okay to just be sad. And so today I cried, and I'll probably cry again later, who knows?

Allow me to introduce myself. I wont pretend to know everything. I wont pretend that im a guru. I am simply here to figure things out as I live.

I do things that could be more destructive. In the end, for me, it's either abusing alcohol or food or other things when I don't actually feel. And, yes, crying, I had to relearn how to do that because growing up, it was something that I struggled with, wanting to hold myself together and not to let the tears come out

Ahead. Chelsea, good morning. Thank you so much for your response. It was amazing and liberating at the same time because I related and resonated to a lot of the things that you were saying. One of the things that stayed with me was you had to relearn how to cry. And I felt that everywhere in my spirit because I feel as though I had to relearn how to cry, as well
