Good Afternoon
I actually walked into the Starbucks and said, hey, do you all have anything with no caffeine? And she just decided to make me a strawberry lemonade. And I thought that was pretty cool. It's amazing actually. Today I just kind of want to reflect on the fact that I have this event tomorrow where I'll be speaking about mental health and I'm excited about that. I love doing speaking engagements, especially when they're paid. The free ones are fun too

Hey. I loved listening to this, and it makes sense that your work is in speaking because you have such a way with words and also, like, your chaos is very calming. I felt, like, very receptive to the things that you were saying. So I'm super curious. Where did this start for you? Where did you find find your passion for speaking to people about stuff like mental health and sexual health? Where did this originate for you?
And once again, in the African American community, this is something we really do not talk much about, more of a stigma. My whole entire passion is about speaking about the stigmatized things in the world. I also happen to be very sex positive. And so sex for me, although I don't talk about sex and my history with sex and what I do in my bedroom, I do like to educate on different practices, different beliefs, different STDs, et cetera
