Do Jobs deserve two week notices
All jokes aside, I recently just had one of my top employees leave without putting in a two weeks notice. So the point that I'm trying to make is, do you think jobs deserve jobs? Jobs, jobs. Two week notice. Want to know everyone's opinion on this, where they're coming from, and is this something that they highly believe in?

Because if there's an abusive work environment that doesn't take care of its people, then people who get a chance to leave, they just do and they don't care. But if it's an environment that's nurturing and full of good values onboarding and taking care of people, then it builds a sense of loyalty. And that loyalty helps people, informs their next move, it informs the way they leave the job. So I think it's a very important thing to say
