And God decides everything in life and is near to everyone if we have to feel Him and grow in love with Him with prayer every day, and that enriches our soul and our degree of relationship with Him decides his closeness to us and his response to us. And we should never be shy of proclaiming Him everywhere around. He desires to be loved and he is love Himself and is clothed in light, as it says in the Bible
