It. I'm sorry, but you had to face discrimination at work. And any sort of discrimination at any form is not okay. So what I'm trying to say is, even there are many people against you. Just know that there will be people. There will be also people with you. So you're not alone. And you're not certainly will smith. I am blessed, so be hopeful

So even when I was going through this excruciating, painful experience in my workplace, I kept my hope up and I kept myself prepared and just kept on looking out for new jobs that would come on the market. And I believe that this situation is not going to continue forever. And there will be a day when my prayers will be answered and I will get a job that is suitable for me

It definitely many times the place of office is a kind of political battlefield and you find surrounding yourself by surrounded yourself by many people and mostly most of them, they all are against you. You feel like so definitely. But other issues are also there. Many times your seniors or many times your boss, they are very toxic and they talk so much rudely. So you feel low and you can't gather your confidence
