If you're not quite sure how to cook with it, let's look at some historical background. Both spearmint and peppermint have been around for centuries. Spearmint has been used for its medicinal and culinary properties since its ancient times, and ancient Greeks and Romans used it to freshen their breath, soothe digestive issues, and add flavor to their cuisine

Keeping you minty fresh. #cooking #foodie #foodtalk

Um, one thing that I think a lot of people, at least in the US. Don't fully understand is how versatile an ingredient it can be and how beneficial it can be for a lot of different things. And I learned this very early on. My dad's from Iran, and mint is something that you'll see a lot of in Persian food. I remember first time ever really experiencing it with food was at one of our favorite Persian restaurants

Just that picture that I put in there, that's not orange juice, that's ginger ale. And you can then also, if you have a soda stream, combine it with the soda stream so you can get some bubblies in there. But I like to just drink it straight. It's really good. Give it a try, let me know what you think
