Why I joined Swell

article image placeholderUploaded by @JoeyLopez
I've used an app similar to this in the past that was kind of like podcasting, but it was more like live video chats and people would join. It was called Spoon, but same kind of idea

Welcome

Hey, Joey. Welcome to swell. Congratulations on graduating. That's great. And you know, I look forward to hearing your Swell cast here. I know you mentioned it going to be around inspiration. So as I listen to it more, I will get an idea of who I can invite and who I might suggest you invite to listen to your Swell cast here on Swell

So yeah, that's the biggest thing for me. Super big on motivation. I'm super big on people finding themselves, finding some type of light in the dark day, if you will. In addition to that, I'm also interested in sports such as yourself. Maybe not the horse racing aspect, but more NFL, MLB, NHL and stuff like that. Things that are just on ESPN. And in addition to that, I'm also a huge fitness guy

One last note. I'm noticing that my audio quality is not the best, and I wonder if that's because of the phone I have or just maybe my mic is dirty. But I have an iPhone 13 pro. Just curious what kind of phone you might be using. Or maybe you have a different type of set up, so I'm curious to hear about that also

I told him, either do 100 episodes or one year podcasting and you're already halfway there because Swell is podcasting and your YouTube channel. So, yeah, 100 episodes or one year. It's a great way to get the word out and to talk. And what I found interesting about this platform is that, again, a sense of community. You can find various topics. It's not like other apps
