So I gave it a shot. I was blown away. I didn't get any headaches. So I was expecting to get some sort of withdrawal headaches. It didn't happen. I am sleeping so much better at night. Like, really? Hi, Izzy. How are you? Thanks for sharing your story. Yeah. So, you know, it's interesting because I love the taste of coffee, but for some reason, somehow it just happened this way. I decided let me just try not drinking it. And it worked out out for me. I still think coffee tastes great, and I'm sure I'll have it once in a while, but now it probably becomes more of a treat once in a while

Yeah, Joe, a couple of weeks ago, I went on a detox and two week detox and I did not drink any caffeine or coffee during that time and really didn't miss it. I drank green tea. I replaced it with a caffeine free drink green tea and actually enjoyed that. And I thought I might replace it altogether. But I still like at least one cup in the morning as soon as I wake up and I don't think it helps me wake up anymore
