Episode #13 Beliefs and Thoughts = Feelings

What's the feeling that we get when we say things like that? When we have a belief or a thought that is positive, we're going to feel hopeful. We may feel calm. We may feel accepting. So when we believe something negative, we also may tend to think that it's final, that it's something that we have to accept. And what happens is we keep feeling terrible. So what I want to offer is that beliefs are not facts

I may be aware of this, but I still struggle with it. So I'm definitely not a guru or by any means have it figured out. But I do understand the concept alone and I do practice the awareness of the things that I think and the ways that I feel and the things that I attract. And I can be sure that no one did this to me except myself. Even if it was a conditioning brought on by a younger version of me as a child
