What are your post-holiday jams?

I look for things to lift myself up because January tends to be a bit of a bummer, especially weather wise out here on the West Coast, although we have a bunch of lovely, glorious snow this year. Anyway, there's a certain accessibility to 90s dance music. It has just the right amount of soul, but it's super upbeat and pop to the point where my daughter's really into listening to it

Oh, by no means my done listening to Christmas music. Uhuh, in our house. We go straight through January 6. We get twelve days of Christmas, not so much with the jingle bells and the Santa Claus, although there's still some of that, mostly with the Christmas carols and hymns. Still enjoying those with the time off from work, I have been listening to a little bit more music, and I was doing a deep dive the other day

Hey, thanks for sharing this. I'm not really a person music buff, so I'm really going to just engage on here with regards to what I can pick up and listen to investing New Year. I think it's really interesting how quickly the change comes from being around for the holidays and doing things for the holidays and having that holiday music all around us. And then once January 1 and second hits, the music is over

So I've got one with my son, got one with my daughter, got one with the wife. And so listening to those playlists to see what we all have in common in terms of our listening habits. So I'll include that picture. You can see the first four songs that have kind of been playing quite a bit. That's it. Happy New Year again

Hey, Jared, thank you so much for reflecting on that uncomfortable period where we've been in reverie and celebrating and then suddenly because some arbitrary date change, it signals some kind of transition where we might not be in transition. And I really agree with continuing to celebrate. I definitely find things to continue before I think even the holidays end. So I sort of ride it out and find things that sparkle and make me excited, like upbeat music

Hey, Clay, I love that you shared your first song of 2022. What a great answer to question. I wish I asked that's awesome. I want to put it on a new mixtape that I'm going to be sharing soon on New Year's Flavors, because I do think of it as a time where we have to add a flavor or it's kind of absent. There's a fallout
